Order issues

If your order arrived damaged, incorrect, or didn't arrive at all, email cleanpharma@proton.me with your order number and photos of the package and product. We respond within one business day and resolve cold-chain or shipping issues immediately.

Returns

See our Refund & Return Policy. Briefly: unopened, tamper-sealed vials may be returned within 14 days for refund minus shipping. Always email first to receive return authorization.

Certificate of Analysis (COA) requests

We provide third-party HPLC and mass-spec COAs for every lot. Include your order number or product lot number and we'll email the PDF within 24 hours.

Wholesale & research institution inquiries

Bulk pricing is available for universities, research labs, and other institutions. Email us with the compounds and quantities you're interested in.
