Where we ship
Clean Pharma currently ships to all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Dispatch time
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days after they're placed. You'll receive an email with tracking as soon as your package goes out. In our earliest days some orders may be shipped directly by our supplier — fulfillment timelines are the same.
Carriers and transit time
At checkout you choose between USPS Priority and USPS Priority Express. You pay only what USPS charges — no markup, no padding.

Exact shipping cost is calculated based on order weight and destination during checkout. There are no hidden fees.
Packaging and storage
Lyophilized peptides are stable at room temperature for the typical USPS transit window, so we ship them in standard padded mailers. If you're ordering during very warm months or live somewhere with extreme summer temperatures, Express shipping minimizes time in transit. When your order arrives:
- Refrigerate or freeze the vials promptly upon receipt
- Lyophilized peptides keep for up to 24 months at -20°C
- Reconstituted peptides keep for up to 28 days at 2–8°C when prepared with bacteriostatic water
Tracking
You'll receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility. Most carriers update tracking within a few hours of pickup. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 48 hours, please email us at cleanpharma@proton.me and we'll investigate.
Damaged or lost packages
All shipments are insured. If your package arrives damaged or never arrives:
- Damaged in transit: Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product. We'll send a free replacement.
- Marked delivered but not received: Contact us within 48 hours and we'll work with the carrier. If unrecoverable, we replace the order at no charge.
- Stuck in transit: If tracking shows no movement for 5+ business days, contact us and we'll file a trace with the carrier.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Packages returned to us due to incorrect addresses can be reshipped, but the buyer is responsible for re-shipping costs. We are not responsible for orders shipped to addresses provided incorrectly by the customer.
Order modifications
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, email us as soon as possible. We can change the address on orders that haven't yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, we cannot reroute it.
International shipping
We do not currently ship outside the United States. We're working on expanding to Canada and the EU — sign up for our mailing list to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
Restricted areas and compliance
By placing an order, you confirm that the research compounds you are purchasing are legal to possess in your jurisdiction. Clean Pharma cannot ship products to addresses in jurisdictions where the products are not legal for research purchase. If we identify a compliance issue with your order, we will contact you before shipping and issue a refund if necessary.
