Research Use Only. All products sold by Clean Pharma are intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research. They are NOT pharmaceutical drugs, dietary supplements, or food products, and are NOT intended for human or animal consumption, ingestion, injection, or therapeutic use. By placing an order, you affirm you are a qualified researcher and accept full responsibility for the products and their use.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using nuovapharma.com (the "Site") or placing an order with Clean Pharma ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase any products.

2. Eligibility

You may only use this Site and purchase products if you:

  • Are at least 21 years of age
  • Are a qualified researcher, scientist, laboratory technician, or are otherwise legally permitted to handle research chemicals in your jurisdiction
  • Will use the products solely for in-vitro laboratory research
  • Will not consume, ingest, inject, or administer the products to humans or animals
  • Are legally able to enter into a binding contract

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that all of the above are true.

3. Products and "Research Use Only" classification

All compounds sold by Clean Pharma are research-grade chemicals supplied for laboratory and research purposes only. They are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the European Medicines Agency (EMA), or any other regulatory body for human or veterinary use. None of our products are sold as pharmaceutical drugs, dietary supplements, or food products.

Any description on this Site regarding mechanisms of action, clinical research, or biological effects refers strictly to peer-reviewed scientific literature and is provided for informational and educational purposes. Nothing on this Site constitutes medical advice, a medical recommendation, or a claim of therapeutic benefit.

4. Buyer's responsibility and assumption of risk

You, the buyer, assume all responsibility and risk associated with the purchase, handling, storage, and use of any product purchased from Clean Pharma. You agree to:

  • Comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws and regulations
  • Handle products only in appropriate laboratory settings with proper personal protective equipment
  • Not resell, redistribute, or transfer products for any non-research purpose
  • Not use, recommend, or advertise our products for human or veterinary consumption

Clean Pharma is not responsible for any misuse, harm, injury, or damage resulting from improper use of any product.

5. Orders, pricing, and payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. All orders are subject to product availability and our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders we believe may be intended for non-research use.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card details on our servers. By submitting payment, you authorize the charge and confirm the payment method is yours.

See our Shipping Policy for full details. Domestic U.S. shipping only. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

7. Returns and refunds

See our Refund & Return Policy. Briefly: unopened, tamper-sealed products may be returned within 14 days. Opened products cannot be returned.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and branding — is the property of Clean Pharma or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of this content without our written permission.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

Products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We make no warranty regarding the suitability of any product for any specific research application. You are solely responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for your intended use.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clean Pharma, its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any product purchased through it. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or any product shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clean Pharma from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of any product, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

13. Modifications to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
